Ingredients: Chicken leg meat, water, Canola Oil, Flavour, corn syrup solids, sodium phosphates, spice, onion powder, sea salt, balsamic vinegar [wine vinegar, grape must, invert sugar, caramel (contains sulphites)], Lemon juice from concentrate, garlic powder
Heating Instructions:
Oven Reheating (from Frozen): Preheat oven and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat for 35 minutes at 350F. Remove from oven & cook check if food is hot. Re-heat to an internal temperature of 72 degrees celcius. Recommended to finish in a hot frying pan.
Pan fry from frozen state, for 8 minutes
